Junior Classes (Ages 7–14)


For kids aged 7 to 14, our Junior Classes take training to the next level, fostering growth in fitness, technique, and competitive edge:  

- Dynamic Fitness Workouts: Each session kicks off with a 30-minute fitness routine designed to strengthen core muscles, build stamina, and sharpen mental focus.  
- Advanced Skills Training: Students learn a mix of attacking and defensive moves, including punching, kicking, and throwing. Sessions often incorporate focus mitts and kick shields to enhance precision and power.  
- Light Sparring Practice: Junior fighters get to test their skills in controlled, light sparring scenarios, gaining confidence and practical experience in fight situations.
